HOW DO I FIND OUT WHATS INCLUDED IN A PATICULAR SERVICE?

You can find out what's included in our services by clicking the services page on the website or by clicking "more info" under the service during the booking process.

WHAT IF IT WONT LET ME CHOOSE THE DATE?

It could mean multiple things - the date and time slot has already been booked by another person, you are trying to book to far in advance, or we are closed that day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT SHOW UP TO A BOOKED APPOINTMENT?

If you do not show up to your appointment, it is considered a "no-show." Our "no-show" policy indicates that a $10 fee will be added to your next appointment with us. This is to cover the cost of the loss time slot that we weren't able to fill in time To avoid complications, we recommend everyone to cancel or change their appointment 24 hours before their original appointment time. No appointments can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours or it is considered a "no-show" appointment.

HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS FIT?

All our products will fit different depending on the style and size. We recommend referring to our "details" section on the product page. From there, you can see how the model wears that certain product with their size dimensions.

WILL I GET A REMINDER ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT?

You will get a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment time. If you do not receive a reminder email, please check your junk mail.

CAN I BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST?

If you have a desired day and time but cannot book it, you may be put on a waiting list by emailing contact@haidesprojects.com with your name, phone number and desired day. If we are able to accomdate you, we will contact you.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are lcoated at 104-16055 Fraser Highway, Surrey, BC V4N 0G2.

DOES OUR PERM COME WITH A HAIRCUT?

Yes - the perm comes with a cut now! You can't book it separately.

WHAT IF I AM LATE?

We have a grace period of 10 minutes after your booked time slot. Anything after 10 minutes is considered too late and deemed a no-show. Our timeslots are kept in high regards so that all our appointments start on time without compromising the schedule. If there is another barber available at the time slot, we can accomodate you. Note that your appointment will still be considered a no show and your next appointment will be subjected to the $10 no show fee.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT

We recommend everyone to book a week to a month in advance to ensure your desired apppointment.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

All shipping is calculated based on location. During the checkout process, you can view and select the different types of shipping methods as well as pricing for each type.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?

You can cancel or change your appointment by accessing the confirmation email sent to you when you first booked your appointment and clicking "change or cancel my appointment." If you booked more than one service, you can cancel your appointment by emailing contact@haidesprojects.com. If you are not able to cancel or change your appointment and you've only booked once service, it means that you are within the 24 hour period and thus cannot cancel your appointment.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

You can book an appointment anytime at our website (www.haidesprojects.com). Click, "book your appointment" and it will show you all services we provide. From there, you can choose a service or multiple services at once. Pick a barber / stylist, date, time and fill out the needed information. It is important you put the correct email and phone number in case we need to contact you. After you click confirm, you will get a confirmation email within 30 minutes to complete your booking.
